FAQ's

*Returns-  there is a restocking fee for all returns, and the customer will have to pay for return shipping cost.  The customer has a total of 48 hours to call customer service for return authorization, to complete the return.  The returns are only accepted if the item(s) are not worn or damaged upon received.
*Shipping-  depend on the customer.  Renajoe use UPS services for shipping, this sevice depend on how quick the customer want to receive the item(s).
